About the Global 6K for Water
Why 6 kilometers? Six kilometers (approximately 3.7 miles) is the average distance that women and children in the developing world walk every day just to fetch water for their families. Often, the water they collect isn’t even safe to drink.
Every registration provides lasting clean water to one person through World Vision’s sustainable water projects. Join our team in walking, running, or rolling 6K to change a child’s life and demonstrate Christ’s love through tangible community action.
